2.3 Physical Products

Branded merchandise and printed publications are shipped to the address provided during purchase. Shipping times vary based on location.

3. Refund Policy

We maintain a transparent refund arrangement tailored to each category below.

3.1 Enterprise Services

If you cancel within 7 calendar days of project commencement and no substantial work has begun, you may request a full refund. If work on deliverables has started, we will issue a partial refund proportional to unperformed milestones. You may opt to transfer remaining service hours to future engagements within 180 days, subject to schedule availability.

3.2 Informational Materials

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the material. To request a refund, contact support as outlined below.

3.3 Physical Products

Physical items are eligible for refund if reported within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable. Customers may choose to share for equivalent or transfer the credit toward future orders within 90 days.

4. Refund Mechanism

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source or issued as site credit. Processing time may take up to 10 business days after approval.
